Spring has sprung in many parts of the Northern Hemisphere lightening the air and lengthening the days. Oh what joy.
I hope you enjoyed last week’s prompt and were able to use it to encourage more of the simple joys to enter your life. If you missed week 1, see it linked below along with those who responded. Link your happiness post in the comments below or ping back to this post and I will share it next week.
The Happiness Project is my way of sprinkling happiness like fair dust so that we can shift our perspective towards a happier more joyful life. Each Tuesday I will give you a prompt and an affirmation for the week. Use these to guide you towards a joyful life filled with gratitude and happiness. Think of it as your own gratitude journal.
Here’s this week’s prompt and affirmation.
Last week’s prompt and affirmation was all about finding the tiny things in nature. https://youtube.com/shorts/E900Tls2dXw?feature=share
Brenda noticed the little plant beside her computer that she raised from a cutting. https://curiositiescastlesandcoffeeshops.wordpress.com/2023/03/23/signing-up-to-the-happiness-project/
Jan from https://accordingto.me found herself enjoying a park
Margie and Wynne appreciated the prompts. And I’m sure found joys in nature.
What will you feel this week? Link to this post or share in comments. And I’ll share in my next week’s post, so we can continue to spread the joy.
Wishing you a week full of happiness and simple joys.
This sounds like a great project! I actually was up early this morning, although I often hear the birds singing at 5am well before I get up.

I love this one, Alegria, because I do two out of the three every morning (wake up early and drink green tea). Now I just need to add in the bird song…
Great project!! Thank you! ❤

This is an easy one. Most mornings when I get up, I sip on a mug of matcha ❤️.

I do enjoy a cup of coffee every morning while listening to the birds busily waking up, it’s a wonderful way to start my day!
