Here’s a Bloganuary prompt I can get behind. When asked, “Write about something mysterious,” that’s easy. I already had this post ready, at least in my head. And what a mysterious conundrum it is.

How did it get there? Who put it there? Is it something sinister or just someone’s attempt at a silly game? I’d love to hear what you think.

This is truly a lovely spot to spend some time walking. I could almost smell the snow, you had me so enthralled. It would be interesting to find out the year of the vehicle. It does look like people have been stripping it clean for some time. I’m with the chicken little folks. It fell from the sky.

It really does seem like it’s been there a long time and has been stripped of all notable or valuable items. It really is a mystery,still kind of a cool find. Can’t say I know much about vehicles, but I’m guessing it’s a late 80s, early 90s model maybe?
It’s not a place that’s very busy so I do love walking here when I need some quiet.

Thanks Sam! Yes I’ve been on this trail many times. It was the one I had mentioned to you on my summer walk post. If you remember.
In the summer it would never be visible due to the trees and all the growth. And I never noticed it in previous winters, but that could just be me. It’s a considerable distance from the trail so it’s gone unnoticed.

Love the video: beautiful and suspenseful. The vehicle looks like it has been there for a while. Evidence of a crime? Is the owner still alive? An excellent prompt for a story.
