Change isn’t easy, but it is a part of our daily lives. Depending on the change we’re facing we may choose to dig in and hold fast to our belief systems even when they don’t benefit us.
Learning to accept change like the seasons keeps us evolving. Nature teaches us many joyful lessons, one of those is how to accept change.
Here’s a video I made that tackles the subject of change and adaptation. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know in the comments below how you navigate the major changes in your life.

Thank you!
I enjoyed the adaptation – mainly it’s working from home, which I’m psyched about. I feel like introverts had it easier to accept the changes rather than extroverts.
It is so amazing how nature knows when the change in seasons is coming.

So very true Sam, about nature and introverts. Being a bit of an ambivert, I’ve enjoyed the adaptation as well, especially the working from home (in some ways), and taking things at a slightly slower pace. I’ve especially enjoyed the lack of tourists. I realize that sounds bad because cities depend on tourist dollars, but still it’s been a nice respite in some ways.
Thanks for reading!

Ah, yes, I’ve always wondered how people who live in close proximity to tourist attractions cope. Making a profit makes sense. But if you’re not interested in that, I can definitely get how this would get overwhelming real fast.

Therefore in some ways the pandemic has been a blessing. I know that sounds very bad and there have been plenty of trials and tribulations. There is also a bright side that we can’t deny.

Wow, you are good at this! Change finds us all whether we are willing participants or not. You’re right though, sometimes there are thing about our behaviors that glaringly need to change yet we CHOOSE not to change.

Thanks for your thoughtful comment Jan! Change really is so personal and how we evolve and accept change is really up to us. There is a lot to say on the subject, but I thought I’d keep it a bit concise. Thanks for reading.
