What’s more important is knowing when to stay in your comfort zone. Yes there are times to just stay in bed with a cup of ginger tea, serene and comfortable. Times like when you have COVID.

Ginger tea sounds wonderful. I’ve been searching for something to drink instead of constant coffee. Will give it a try. Any particular blend? And so sorry about the virus! Pretty sure we’ll all have it in the end. Fully vaccinated and boosted? Hopefully not feeling too bad as you’ve taken on this challenge. Get fit soon!

Thanks Jo! Yes fully vaxxed, but not boosted. I have an appointment coming up for the booster, which was hard to get, and a little too late now.
As far as the ginger tea, just chop half a cup of fresh ginger and boil away on high in a pot of water. It’s the best for any cold, flu etc. And is extremely anti-inflammatory. Enjoy!

I was thinking of tea bags but they’re often rubbish so I’ll go the whole hog and buy some ginger. Thanks, hon!
